Drawing strong inspiration from connection to country, the adjacent Belconnen Fresh Food Markets and Belconnen Town Centre’s Lake Ginninderra, Eden is a home created for sustainable living, set within an urban forest and outfitted with sky-high urban amenity.

Mounded native planting beds and leafy forest trees are maximised at all levels of the development, including a deep soil planting zone right through the central courtyard.

Winding paths and leafy, urban breakout nooks transverse the landscape master plan, connecting the 4, 10-storey apartment blocks; each with an array of residential amenities on their rooftops.
