
Megan Cullen
Senior Urban Designer
Megan is a Senior Urban Designer and strategic place practitioner with expertise spanning urban design, community engagement and economic development across NSW and Victoria.
She has led major growth-area master plans, regional spatial research and place-based strategies that respond to housing demand, economic drivers and community priorities. Megan is recognised for her ability to synthesise complex planning, policy and stakeholder inputs into clear, implementable and place-responsive urban design outcomes.
A confident leader in co-design and culturally informed engagement, Megan has worked collaboratively with Elders, local communities and multidisciplinary teams to shape storytelling, public art, and place identity initiatives. She brings a structured, facilitative approach to engagement — ensuring diverse perspectives are meaningfully embedded in spatial strategy and design direction.
Megan holds a Master of Urban Design (Distinction) and undergraduate degrees in Education and Design.
