Denman Prospect North Estate

Currently under development in the Molonglo Valley, this estate has been master-planned to respond to the natural landform, strengthening networks to the regional asset of Molonglo River Park and to the vistas beyond.

Denman Prospect North Estate is a master-planned new residential estate of c.1500 dwellings, including a school, community infrastructure, a central village park and green network connecting to the valuable natural assets of the site and its surrounds.

The Master Plan establishes a community amongst major recreation assets of Stromlo Forest Park and Molonglo River. The design seamlessly integrates surrounding infrastructure and key physical infrastructure with the natural edge conditions of Cravens Creek, Molonglo River and environmentally sensitive lands.

The capability to engage in an integrated design-led approach and set a clear urban design, master planning process, demonstrates Place Logic’s commitment to provide Design Excellence. The process included setting a vision through a detailed site investigation and analysis, design workshops, concept development, spatial testing, setting design principles and objectives. This enabled a refined design layout and formalised the Estate Documentation for Government endorsement.
