Jewel Village, a multi-storey, mixed-use urban village, was designed by MOAA to provide Blacktown with the best in convenience and modern living. This shop top housing development is conveniently located nearby public transport stops, schools, markets, and within a quiet, established neighbourhood.

The ground floor design boasts several public dining and retail offerings, including a supermarket which is accessible on foot from 2 streets or via new underground car parking. A central strand of flush decking presents an alfresco café-dining area with timber furnishings and deciduous canopy trees, which grow between and around the buildings.

The development’s upper levels provide outdoor entertaining and lounge areas for residents, set amongst shade trees and sculptural gardens, and a circuit path at level-1 enables residents to stroll or jog without leaving home. Lawns, picnic tables with parasols, sun lounges, a central water feature, shade sails and a vines-planted pergola are surrounded by plantings in raised beds, containers and designer pots, providing opportunity for various semi-private rooftop activities.
