Place Logic worked in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a Master Plan & DA documentation that responds to environmental values of the site. The design seeks to deliver a range of living options within a transition from the village setting of Sutton to the rural surroundings.
Beginning with an assessment opportunities and constraints, Place Logic undertook a detailed design process including project vision, setting design and planning principles for the site, testing development scenarios for layout and refining to accommodate environmental outcomes, resulting in the final approved master plan. We worked closely and effectively with statutory planners and environmental consultants to rezone and master plan the semi-rural estate to a high standard, on time and within budget. The project showcases Place Logic’s competence in responding to site conditions, meeting significant legislative challenges, and ensuring development quality and outcomes align with client requirements.
